Release of Special issue of Salute on the Infantry

The special issue of Salute devoted to the Infantry was jointly released by the Army Chief General VK Singh PVSM, AVSM, YSM, ADC and the senior most veteran Lt Gen SK Sinha PVSM (Retd) in a sombre ceremony at Amar Jawan Jyoti at the India Gate, New Delhi on October 27 2011, the Infantry Day. Colonel Commandants of the Infantry Regiments and several General officers attended the function.
