The Misamari-based reconnaissance and observation flight of army aviation corps was awarded the annual flight safety trophy for 2010-11 by Army Chief General VK Singh at a function during the ongoing Army Commanders’ Conference. This youngest corps of the Indian army celebrated its silver jubilee on November 1, 2011.
