My dad expired on October 13th, 2017 and I informed the bank verbally. But till now I don’t know whom to inform and how. I have acquired the death certificate and my mom is also no more since March 13th, 2016. We are all matured children and married. Two brothers and one sister. Though the pension has stopped automatically for reasons not known to be, I feel I still need to inform the same.
